The Harcourts Mangere Bridge office, now operating under the license of Dawn Gull Realty Ltd MREINZ, has been a significant part of the Mangere Bridge village community since its establishment nearly a decade ago. In fact the Mangere Bridge Community Newsletter was first published by this office in November 1996. Copies of recent newsletters are now available from this site. Besides being the only office in the village at that time, local residents benefited by having the resources of the largest real estate organisation in New Zealand.
